Who is the program for?
This four-week program is designed to help people develop skills to cope with periods of distress, manage challenging emotions and improve relationship skills, in a supportive environment.
The treatment approach draws from Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). Developed by psychologist Marsha Linehan (1993), DBT helps people with a range of concerns such as Borderline Personality Disorder, Complex PTSD, or chronic trauma related symptoms.
How will it help me?
This program is most suitable for people who experience longstanding difficulties managing emotions and coping with periods of distress. In addition, participants will be offered group sessions such as weekly art therapy, music therapy and physical therapy/mindful movement.
